Information used to run the platform

• Account information: your email address, authentication credentials handled by Google Firebase, verification status, and session records let you create an account and sign in.
• Learning information: course access, saved progress, decisions, assessment responses, and attempt history let us deliver your course and apply its learning rules.
• Enrollment records: order and access identifiers connect an enrollment with the correct account. Checkout is currently in Stripe test mode.
• Support information: information you choose to send by email is used to handle your request.
• Technical information: hosting and security services may process request details, such as IP addresses and error information, to operate and protect the service.

Service providers and processing locations

The platform uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, hosting, data, and private course files. The application and learning database are configured in the United States. Provider infrastructure and support may involve processing elsewhere; information is not restricted to Canada.

Stripe hosts the test checkout. Coursapia does not receive full payment card numbers through that checkout. Support emails are handled through our company email service.

Cookies and tracking

An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Signing out ends that platform session. Advertising pixels and optional marketing analytics are currently disabled. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

Contact apasi@minervacs.com to ask about your personal information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Do not email your password.

Requests are reviewed individually. Deleting an account may not immediately remove all security records, transaction history, or backups, and some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.

Changes before paid enrollment

This notice covers the current prelaunch service. Any changes to data use, providers, or enrollment services will be reflected here. Review the terms of use and contact us if you have questions before creating an account.
